On the occasion of International Women's Day, which is celebrated on March 8, SURKANA donates to the Association the proceeds from sales both online and in Surkana stores.
For Surkana, solidarity has always been a priority, which is why we have decided to support the Ared Foundation in its project to improve and promote the employment of women in situations of gender violence, guaranteeing them a better future. Surkana's support to Ared reflects a common vision, which has always been oriented towards the empowerment of women, of which economic independence, achieved through work, is an indispensable aspect.

The Ared Foundation supports women at high risk of social exclusion, encouraging their autonomy to overcome any difficulties and guiding them towards re-employment: through a support network and development tools, it helps them to prosper in work and in life, without prejudice, stereotypes or discrimination.
